Our escape rooms don't finish construction when they are built. Every bit of feedback good or bad is a chance to improve the experience. Through studying reviews and listening to customers talk about their experiences here and elsewhere we are able to implement an experience that focuses on the 'resistance' levels of customers. What do they not like about escape rooms? How can we overcome those apprehensions and provide a quality experience? What is the consumers mindset?

An escape room should challenge patrons on multiple levels. To ensure the customer gets the best out of their experience our escape rooms actively avoid repetition of the same-style clues and puzzles. Further, the challenges (and the experience) from room-to-room should be completely different so no customer walks out thinking they just underwent the exact same challenge only with different furnishings.
Immersion is a key component of all our rooms. The customer should lose themselves in the room within moments and forget their everyday lives. Simply providing puzzles is not enough. Sight, sound, smell and feel are all key focal points to our design.

Our focus on growth is two fold. The traditional expansion of our existing room designs to major cities in Australia is our formulaic expansion approach.
However we are always on the lookout for new sites and locations to build escape rooms. The venue should carry a unique character that lends itself to the design of an escape room in addition to carrying the commercially viable aspects.
